This is the 2nd time we used Gold Shield-- mainly because you service and Rob, our technician was Super. No. 1-- Rob is the best serviceman that I ever dealt with in any capacity. He's very efficient, friendly, and very helpful. I will always ask for him. As a company, you are efficient and very friendly. Your rates are comparable.
